Foreign Language at Larrabee

Larrabee’s PTA is pleased to offer FLAN (Foreign Language Associates Northwest) classes for the 2008-2009 school year. FLAN is a non-profit, grass roots organization formed in Bellingham over 20 years ago to provide our elementary and middle school students with an opportunity for exposure to other languages and cultures.
